Role:Learning Platform & Qualifications Lead
Location: Remote (UK-Based) with occasional travel to London & Cotswolds
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
We’re looking for a Learning Platform & Qualifications Lead to take ownership of our Moodle-based virtual learning environment and play a critical role in delivering high-quality professional qualifications.
This is a hands-on, specialist role where you’ll manage the platform, coordinate assessment processes, and ensure everything runs smoothly for both learners and internal teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and maintaining our virtual learning platform (Moodle)
- Setting up learner cohorts and updating course content
- Coordinating assignment allocation, marking and verification
- Monitoring learner progress and reporting on key metrics
- Improving processes and introducing efficiencies (including AI tools)
- Working closely with Programme Managers, SMEs and developers
What we’re looking forEssential
- Strong experience with Moodle or similar VLE (backend/admin)
- Experience in an education or training environment
- Confidence managing assignment workflows and learner data
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
Desirable
- Experience with CIPD or CMI programmes
- Knowledge of Moodle plugins
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Planner, Power Automate)
- Interest in AI in learning
