In this role the successful Field Service Engineer or similar will be responsible for the installation, preparation and set up of instant imaging machinery, providing technical advice as and when necessary. In addition, you will also be responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of said machinery. On top of this, you will be responsible for both client, customer and interdepartmental liaison, alongside keeping accurate technical documentation of any projects worked. Finally, you will be responsible for working both autonomously with regular travel nationwide, and sometimes, worldwide.

The ideal Field Service Engineer or similar will come from a background within the IT Support/Desktop Support/AV Engineering/Telecoms/Photography Industry or a related field. In addition, you will ideally, but not essentially, have a basic knowledge of electrical systems. On top of this, you will be happy to regularly travel, holding a full, valid UK drivers license. Finally, you will have strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills, working well both as part of a team and individually.

The Role:

• Installation, preparation and set up of instant imaging machinery
• Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of said machinery
• Keeping accurate technical documentation of any projects worked.

The Person:

• Willing to travel regularly with a full, valid UK driver's licence
• Background within the IT Support/Desktop Support/AV Engineering/Telecoms/Photography Industry or a related field
• Strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills
