They’re looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant who brings calm energy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
Whether you’ve already worked in SEND settings or you’re starting your journey in education support, you’ll be welcomed from day one and made to feel like a valued part of the team.
What your day could involve
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Helping children regulate emotions and engage with learning Using creative, practical strategies to meet individual needs Building positive relationships that boost confidence and progress Working closely with teachers and a supportive wider team
What they’re looking for
A real passion for supporting children with additional needs A calm, caring, and positive approach Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset Experience with SEND or transferable care/support experience, helpful but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
