We're recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and award-winning residential lettings team. The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Carrying out rental valuations and securing new instructions from landlords.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to applicants.
- Matching prospective tenants with suitable rental properties based on their requirements.
- Negotiating tenancy agreements and terms between landlords and tenants.
- Generating new business opportunities and contributing towards branch targets.
- Managing enquiries efficiently and ensuring a seamless customer journey throughout the lettings process.
- Acting as a senior member of the team, providing support and guidance to colleagues where required.
Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within residential lettings
- Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, confident, and proactive approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new systems quickly
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Full UK driving licence
