Room Leader – Early Years Setting, Sutton
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join a beautiful Early Years setting based in Sutton. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who is committed to delivering outstanding care, learning, and development opportunities for young children.
This is a full-time, all-year-round position, working within either the baby room or toddler room, depending on your skills and experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team to provide high-quality care and education.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
- Working closely with management to maintain high standards across the setting.
- Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are consistently followed.
