Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional Estate Agency business that have multiple office across several locations.
Due to further growth and expansion within the business, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Property Management professional to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-established Property Management function, leading a team of 4 Property Managers responsible for approximately 700 fully managed properties while driving service excellence, operational performance and team development.

Role
- As Property Management Team Leader, you’ll oversee the entire Property Management operation within your branch, ensuring outstanding customer experience while maintaining operational excellence across compliance, maintenance and portfolio performance.
- Oversee the 4 core pillars of Property Management, Maintenance Coordination, Property Compliance, Review of third-party inspections/checkouts, Deposit negotiations and End of Tenancy management.
- Ensure service standards and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Monitor workload distribution and portfolio health.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- You’ll lead from the front—creating accountability, developing people and delivering a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.
- You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape initiatives, improve performance and support wider business objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Property Managers.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
- Build clear development plans and progression pathways.
- Create a culture of accountability, engagement and collaboration.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Manage performance and address underperformance constructively.
Candidate
- Previous experience within Residential Property Management.
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring others.
- Strong understanding of compliance and operational processes.
- Commercial awareness and KPI management capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for developing people.
- Strong organisation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to drive change and improve performance.

Package
- Basic salary to £40,000.
- Commission.
