Year 5 Teacher – Primary School (Salford)
September 2026-Full Academic Year | Key Stage 2 Teaching Role
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school based in the Salford area from September 2026.
This well-established school has a strong community ethos and is committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning. The leadership team promotes a supportive and collaborative working environment, with a strong focus on pupil progress, inclusion, and personal development. The school is looking for a confident KS2 practitioner who can inspire and motivate pupils in Upper Key Stage 2.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Year 5 lessons across the primary curriculum
- Support pupils' academic progress, with a strong focus on core subjects and SATs preparation
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Use assessment effectively to inform planning and close learning gaps
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
To Be Considered You Must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5 or Upper KS2
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
- Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes
