Job Title: Scheduling Team Leader
Salary: Up to £38,000
Location: Huddersfield
Our client is currently looking to add an additional experienced team leader due to continued growth. An excellent opportunity to lead, coach and motivate a team of 8 overseeing all scheduling of new customer installation and annual maintenance and repairs.
Duties:
- Ensure team productivity to hit daily, weekly, monthly business targets, ensuring the Schedulers adhere to agreed KPI’s & SLA’s
- Carry out daily meetings with the team to discuss stats and workload
- Provide daily statistical updates to the business including productivity and backlog
- Attend a daily call with scheduler, Regional Operations Manager and Operations Manager to discuss day/day+1 shifts and issues
- Prep for and attend monthly planning meetings with ROMs and Operations Manager
- Monitor and manage team telephone stats
- Critique and coach team on call quality
- Monitor, manage and critique scheduling planning to ensure maximum productivity
- Monitor and manage the team HELD jobs
- Effectively control team overtime budget
- Carry out monthly one to ones
- Recruitment and training of new staff
- Disciplinary, performance & absence management of S&R Schedulers
- Point of escalation for complaints
- One on One coaching of the team
- Ongoing team development
