The Group FP&A Manager role is being recruited to provide an improved financial lens across the markets.
This is a high-profile position that will play a key role in the Group's forecasting and performance management rhythm, including the onward reporting and storytelling to senior internal and external stakeholders.
Engaging with multiple senior stakeholders, including Group CFO, and key BU and Regional leaders, the role will include:
- Key involvement in the Group's FPA Internal and External reporting rhythms.
- Delivery of the Group performance story and onward messaging to stakeholders.
- Delivery of the Group's monthly and weekly forecasting processes, driving the translation of reporting into business-critical insight.
- Overseeing the delivery of the Group's consensus and analyst reporting.
- Analysis and insight generation to convey key messages, insights, risks and opportunities for the CFO, CEO, and Board.
- Champion continuous improvement in FP&A processes, planning tools, automation, and data quality.
- Support corporate strategy initiatives, including M&A evaluations, integration modelling, and synergy tracking.
- Engage in capital allocation decision support (capex, investments, portfolio analysis).
- Continue the development of the existing high-performance culture, focused on collaboration, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking.
- Coordinate with regional/country FP&A teams to ensure consistent reporting and alignment.
Candidate profile:
- An ambitious and experienced FP&A leader with an impressive track record of delivery across a large and complex international business.
- Demonstrated ability to elevate the quality and depth of business insights.
- Known for transforming data into high-value, decision-ready insights.
- Easily engages with and influences senior business leaders.
- Skilled at questioning underlying business assumptions, providing commercial challenge and articulating the strategic "so what" behind analytical findings.
- Significant levels of emotional intelligence and influencing skills. This is a people-led environment where relationship building is critical to your success in role and the wider group.
- Commercially minded and genuinely interested in how a business operates.
- An additional European language would be an advantage.
