Must have’s
- Experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Confident using hand tools and specialist equipment
- Able to complete manufacturing and traceability documentation accurately
- Soldering experience
Nice to have’s
- Wiring or crimping experience
- Aerospace, defence or electronics industry experience
- Knowledge of IPC620 standards
So, what will you be doing?
- Assembling high-precision electronic and mechanical components
- Wiring, crimping and soldering products using engineering drawings
- Building assemblies using hand tools and specialist equipment
- Carrying out inspections and testing to ensure quality standards are met
- Completing manufacturing and traceability documentation accurately
- Working on highly sensitive components used within aerospace and defence applications
