We're looking for a Front of House & Facilities Administrator to become the face of our Edinburgh office. This is a highly visible role where you'll be trusted to create exceptional experiences for clients, support colleagues across the business, and help maintain the professional, welcoming environment that our client is known for.
No two days are the same. One morning you might be coordinating executive meetings and welcoming clients, while the afternoon could involve organising an office event, supporting a webinar, managing suppliers, or helping resolve a facilities issue. Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and visitors and managing reception
- Coordinating meeting rooms, catering and hospitality
- Supporting video conferences, webinars and office events
- Managing office supplies, facilities and contractor relationships
- Handling calls, emails, couriers and general office administration
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple locations to deliver a seamless service
About You
- Previous experience in a Corporate Reception, Front of House, Office Administration or Hospitality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, professional and highly reliable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive, service-driven approach with a willingness to help wherever needed
