European Customer Service Representative

We're partnering with a global leader in advanced materials and chemical solutions, who are looking to appoint a European Customer Service Representative to join their high-performing Composite Materials team in Wrexham.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal, customer representative role where you will manage a portfolio of European customers, acting as their primary point of contact. You will take ownership of the full order lifecycle while working collaboratively across internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You'll play a key role in maintaining service excellence, supporting supply chain coordination, and driving customer satisfaction across a complex, international landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders end-to-end, from order entry through to delivery and invoicing
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, including Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Sales
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and contract data within system(s)
• Manage customer portals, including order uploads, KPI tracking, and documentation
• Support the resolution of customer queries, complaints, rebates, and deductions
• Ensure export compliance and accurate preparation of shipping documentation
• Monitor customer performance metrics and proactively resolve any issues
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery

About You

• Experience in a customer service, order management, or supply chain environment
• Strong ERP system experience (SAP highly desirable)
• Understanding of export processes, invoicing, and customer account management
• Ability to manage complex orders and prioritise effectively
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Fluent in English, plus an additional European language (French, Spanish, or German preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
