Senior Systems Engineer – Devon (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Up to £70,000
We’re partnering with a leading engineering and defence technology organisation seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineers to join their growing team in Barnstaple.

The Role
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of complex engineering products and systems. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions in a safety-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage system requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle
- Provide technical input to bid and proposal activities
- Support system integration and production qualification activities
- Conduct product testing, trials, and verification activities
- Generate and execute work packages
- Support design proving, commissioning, and in-service activities

Requirements
- Extensive Knowledge and experience of working within the Engineering Lifecycle as a Systems Engineer.
- A good understanding of requirements capture and experience of using a requirements management tool to manage requirements.
Desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of using MBSE.
- Experience of working with UK MOD.
