Family Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Cheshire, £Competitive (DOE) – An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly respected law firm in Cheshire. Recognised for its strength in private client services, the firm continues to grow its Family team and is looking for a talented lawyer to play a key role in its ongoing success. JOB REF:4367.
THE ROLE: • You will handle a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, acting for a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals. • The work will include divorce, financial settlements, private children matters and other complex family law issues, allowing you to work on interesting, high-quality cases from start to finish. • You will join a supportive and collaborative team where your contribution is valued, with genuine opportunities to progress your career.
SKILLS REQUIRED: • A minimum of 5 years' PQE in private family law. • Experience managing a busy caseload independently. • Strong technical knowledge across divorce, financial remedy and private children matters. • Excellent communication and client care skills. • A commercial outlook and a proactive approach to business development.
