With a strong reputation for innovation, technical expertise, and customer service, they are now seeking a proactive and commercially minded Key Account Manager to strengthen relationships with major customers and drive strategic growth.

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of high-value customers across key sectors. You’ll work closely with internal teams—including production, engineering, and customer service—to ensure exceptional service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities to include:
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across the UK and/or international markets
- Develop account plans, forecasts, and long-term growth strategies
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, projects, and commercial discussions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular customer visits, reviews, and performance meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
- Report on account performance, pipeline activity, and revenue targets
As a successful candidate you will possess proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or a technical product environment, with strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also essential together with the ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into solutions.
Full UK driving licence is also a requirement as this is a field-based role.
