Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure repeat business and new instructions for properties to market.
- Utilize various marketing skills to present properties attractively to potential buyers.
- Prepare detailed and appealing brochures for each property, including photos and descriptions.
- Engage in local area canvassing through door knocking and leaflet dropping to generate leads.
- Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards.
- Complete contracts and effectively upsell additional products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Proven experience as an Estate Agent, ready to take the next step in your career.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support management.
- Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, including a good telephone manner.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office packages and strong attention to detail.
