The Role
As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will ensure the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment across Health & Social Care apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality assure assessment practice in line with awarding body standards
- Observe and support Assessors (Personal Development Managers)
- Drive improvement through feedback and Quality Development Plans
- Complete quality checks to ensure learner progression and timely completion
- Support standardisation activities across the team

Requirements:
- Relevant IQA qualification
- Level 5 Health & Social Care (or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with adults or elderly in Health & Social Care (Senior level or above)
- Strong organisational, communication and IT skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
