We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Office Manager to join a well-regarded school in Southwark on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a key role at the heart of the school’s operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all administrative functions.
You will oversee day-to-day office management, support senior leadership, manage school communications, and ensure accurate and effective use of administrative systems. You will also play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for staff, students, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all school office administration and systems

Support the senior leadership team with operational and administrative tasks

Oversee data management and school communications

Ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively at all times

Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence
Essential Requirements:

Proven and extensive experience using SIMS (School Information Management System) – this is essential

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
