Q – Are you a qualified teacher seeking a research based & evidence backed school where you will actually develop new skills?
If so, EdEx are working with an ambitious independent SEN school in the heart of Hammersmith & Fulham. The students of the school all have EHCPs and typically are diagnosed with (or in the process of diagnosis of) Autism Spectrum Condition.
This are the leading provider of therapeutic education locally, specifically providing a truly research and data backed style of Applied Behaviour Analysis. Having visited the school ourselves, it was clear this is not your typical ABA school – the level of research, fidelity testing, publishing and peer reviewing research, and working with verified ABA board members is second to none. As such ABA experience is highly desirable but not essential if you are committed to evidence-based practice and willing to undertake training.

- Plan and deliver lessons which facilitate an ABA approach to education and support the needs of students with ASC
- Teach mixed groups depending on age and ability
- Confluently work alongside a team of therapists to blend therapy and education
- MPS2-MPS6 Inner London
Who we are looking for: SEN Teacher – Independent School
- QTS is essential – applications without will not be reviewed
- ABA experience is ideal but not essential
- SEN Teaching experience is desirable
- Strong academics and a keen interest in academic study
- Excellent communicator
- Someone who can make SEN Teaching fun and educational
