Part-Time KS1 Teacher – Scunthorpe

£140 – £180 per day | Flexible working | Supportive schools

At Reed Education, we’re working closely with a number of lovely primary schools across Scunthorpe who are looking for confident, engaging KS1 Teachers to join them on a part-time basis.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1
  • Confidently deliver the KS1 curriculum, including Read Write Inc phonics
  • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all pupils
  • Use strong behaviour management to support learning
  • Adapt to meet the needs of pupils, including those with SEN and SEMH needs

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has recent experience teaching in KS1
  • Is confident delivering phonics (Read Write Inc experience is highly desirable)
  • Has a strong understanding of SEN/SEMH and inclusive teaching practices
  • Builds positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff
  • Is reliable, adaptable, and passionate about early education
