The Role

As a KS1 Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Support pupils in achieving their full academic and personal potential
  • Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and accelerate progress
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 or a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to education
  • A commitment to inclusion and ensuring every child succeeds

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
