A highly successful Civils Engineering contractor are recruiting for an experienced MEICA Supervisor to support delivery of two wastewater treatment projects based in Co. Fermanagh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering critical water infrastructure schemes.
Your new role
You will play a key role in overseeing MEICA installation and commissioning activities on-site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise all MEICA-related site activities across two concurrent wastewater treatment projects
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist installers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Monitor progress against programme and assist with planning and sequencing of works
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning plans
- Liaise closely with site management, design teams, and client representatives
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a MEICA supervisory role within construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience within water or wastewater treatment projects is desirable
- Strong understanding of:
- Mechanical and electrical installations
- Pumping systems, MCCs, and control systems
- Instrumentation and automation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills
