Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Manage a comprehensive caseload of residential property matters.
- Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
- Maintain high standards of client service, ensuring clear, concise, and professional interactions.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the department through business development activities and innovative practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ PQE in residential property law.
- Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in property law.
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload and meet performance targets.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Enthusiastic about professional development and building business relationships.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
