THE ROLE: • This growing firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to handle a varied caseload of contentious property matters while working alongside highly regarded specialists in a supportive and collaborative environment. • You will advise commercial clients, developers, landlords, landowners and private individuals on a wide range of complex property disputes, with genuine opportunities to develop your expertise and progress your career. • You will enjoy significant client contact, managing your own files from instruction through to resolution while working closely with colleagues across the wider property and litigation teams. • The role also offers the opportunity to become involved in networking, business development and helping to strengthen the firm's growing presence in the market.
SKILLS REQUIRED: • At least 3 years' PQE with solid experience in property litigation. • Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach to problem solving. • Excellent communication and client relationship skills. • The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently. • A proactive attitude towards business development and building professional networks. • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
