We're looking for a Systems Support Analyst
Are you an organised and technically minded systems professional with experience supporting business-critical software? We're looking for a Systems Support Analyst to help maintain, improve and support key operational systems across the business. Please note that experience with property management or enterprise systems such as Entrata, Yardi, StarRez, Kinetic is essential.
About the candidate
We're looking for someone with previous experience administering business systems and supporting users across a busy organisation. You'll have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Salary: up to £55K DOE
Hybrid: 1 day per week WFH
Location: near Shepards Bush London
Duration: 12 month FTC
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain core business systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operation
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues and manage support tickets
- Configure system settings, workflows and user permissions
- Support system upgrades, testing and new feature releases
- Assist with data migration, validation and reporting
- Deliver training and guidance to users
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and system performance
