A new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a thriving firm in Marple. The firm are looking for someone would can work independently and are prepared to pay a salary of up to £55,000. You will work on all aspects of general residential conveyancing and also some new builds. A lawyer a 5 years PQE or the equivalent in unqualified experience would suit this role.
Candidate Criteria:
- Qualification is not a requirement but a Solicitor, CLC or CILEX qualification would be a benefit.
- Experience in Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, Unregistered property, New Builds, Shared Ownership matters, Auction Property, Remortgages and transfers.
- The ability to work independently.
- It is necessary to be a good ambassador for the firm and naturally develop business by providing a consistent and reliable service.
