They are seeking a primary teacher (SEMH teacher) to join their small provision from September 2026.

You must have QTS to be considered for this role.

Working within an SEMH school is both challenging and incredibly rewarding. It offers opportunities to:

  • Build meaningful relationships that can genuinely transform children's lives.
  • Have complete freedom and opportunity for creativity regarding teaching and learning.
  • Teach in small classes, allowing for a highly personalised approach.
  • Develop specialist skills in trauma-informed practice, emotional regulation and therapeutic approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team with a vast skill set.
  • Celebrate progress that extends far beyond the classroom, helping students build confidence, resilience and self-esteem.
