This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking company that places exceptional customer service, compliance excellence, and relationship management at the heart of everything it does.
Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for both landlords and tenants while ensuring properties remain compliant, protected, and professionally managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating tenants on moving in day and moving out procedures
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure all their needs are met in accordance with company SLAs
- Coordinating with contractors and developer aftercare teams regarding maintenance and/or repairs requirements
- Ensuring all properties meet current regulatory health and safety standards
- Working alongside the accounts team to and assist with arrears chasing
- Managing tenancy deposits, liaising with TDS and reposit
- When required, completing Section Notices, and other legislative documentation
- Utilities management and invoice handling when required (HIUs, energy, water, council, tax)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 18 months experience in similar property management
- Previous experience working with all generalist Microsoft packages
- Exceptional service standards and communications essential
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
