Our client, a charming boutique hotel on the outskirts of Ipswich, is looking for an experienced Reception Manager to lead their front office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the reception department.
- Leading, training, and supporting the reception team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
- Managing reservations, guest enquiries, and complaints.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Reception Manager, Front Office Manager, or Senior Receptionist within a hotel environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with hotel booking systems.
- Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential due to the location.
