The Role

You'll advise a broad range of commercial clients, investors, developers and charitable organisations on matters including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant work
• Lease negotiations and renewals
• Development and site acquisition projects
• Commercial property finance
• Secured lending transactions
• Portfolio management
• Estate development matters
• Planning-related property issues
• Property transactions for charities and not-for-profit organisations

You'll inherit an established caseload from day one, with plenty of client contact and responsibility, whilst receiving ongoing support from an experienced and highly respected team.
