The team is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor from NQ to 5 years PQE to join its thriving Warwickshire office. You'll be joining a firm that understands great lawyers produce their best work when they are trusted, supported and given the flexibility to have a life outside of work.

The Role
You'll advise a broad range of commercial clients, investors, developers and charitable organisations on matters including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
- Lease negotiations and renewals
- Development and site acquisition projects
- Commercial property finance
- Secured lending transactions
- Portfolio management
- Estate development matters
- Planning-related property issues
- Property transactions for charities and not-for-profit organisations
You'll inherit an established caseload from day one, with plenty of client contact and responsibility, whilst receiving ongoing support from an experienced and highly respected team.
