My client has an incredibly strong presence across West & Central London, known as an established firm, offering excellent progression, training, and superb earning potential.
With an established multi-layered sales team in place you'd plug in instantly and be expected to start driving in business within the first couple of months.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning
- Registering and qualifying new buyers and sellers
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Managing a strong pipeline of sales from enquiry through to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM systems
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and project deadlines.
Key Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years minimum sales experience within estate agency, strong billings in place to run through.
