KS1 Teacher Job Type:Permanent Start Date:September Location:Crawley
Reed Education are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a thriving, inclusive community school in Crawley. This role does welcome ECT's and experienced teachers to apply, the most important thing is your passion for education and your ability to support their children.
The successful candidate will:
– Have experience teaching KS1 and qualified teacher status
– A commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils
– Be able to motivate and inspire our children and adults to achieve their best in all areas of learning and behaviour
– Knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies
KS1 Teacher Responsibilities
– Plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes, following the school’s plans, curriculum and schemes of work
– Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs
– Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
– Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
