Early-Career Primary Teachers (ECT) – September 2026 Start
Croydon | Full-Time | Temp to Perm Opportunities available!
Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with multiple Trusts and community Primary Schools across the Borough of Croydon who actively seek ECT's to join them from September 2026.
These roles will begin on a long-term temporary basis through Tradewind, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract directly with the school following a successful period of 2-3 terms (length of time agreed by the school).
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting via placements
- Be passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Open to being adaptable to teach across different year groups
- Be committed to supporting all pupils to achieve their full potential
