What the job involves
- Building and maintaining a systematic approach to sourcing, developing your own network of founders and operators, and converting that network into dealflow
- Triaging inbound and self-generated opportunities with speed, and forming clear market views
- Leading or supporting the investment process end-to-end, from sourcing to close
- Representing the fund at events, panels, and through your own channels

- Full-time experience in advisory, investing, founding, or operating
- A strongly entrepreneurial and proactive personality
- A demonstrable passion for early-stage company building
