We are recruiting for a highly organised Operations Administrator to support a busy fuel storage and distribution site. This is a key role ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and smooth running of day-to-day administrative and stock control processes.

The Role
Working closely with the operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of fuel movements and supporting site operations through a range of administrative tasks. This is a fast-paced position where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain fuel movement data on an internal system
  • Ensure all site data is up to date, consistent, and audit-ready
  • Support month-end processes, including stock reconciliation and reporting
  • Order and manage site consumables such as PPE, stationery, and general supplies
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and company card (P-card) transactions
  • Maintain accurate stock levels of operational and non-operational items
  • Act as a point of contact for site queries and support smooth day-to-day operations

About You

  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling data and financial information
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets
  • Comfortable working with systems and managing large volumes of data
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support wider site activities
