We are currently looking for a Plumber in the Long Eaton area to work for a well established Housing Association. You'll work across tenanted domestic properties, becoming part of a reliable team with consistent work and excellent long-term career prospects.

I would like to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber, Domestic Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Property Maintenance Operative (Plumbing bias) before.
As a Plumber you will be:
- All aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
- Repairing and replacing taps, sinks and all relevent kitchen appliances
- Diagnosing and fixing leaks and blockages
- Carrying out plumbing installations in kitchens
- Undertaking basic multi-trade work where required
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and complies with regulations
- Working safely in occupied and void properties
- Recording completed work accurately
We'd love to speak to anyone who has:Their own van
Holds a qualification in plumbing (NVQ or equivalent)
Their own tools
Previous domestic plumbing and maintenance experience
Experience working on kitchensinstallations (desirable)
The Plumber role is offering:
- £23.10 per hour
- Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
- Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- Local work, minimum travel
- On-going work
- Immediate start
