The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is excited to be seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join a respected automotive service team in the Poole area. Operating for over 70+ years, this is an excellent opportunity to join a locally trusted and respected independent dealership.
As an MOT Tester, you’ll be responsible for ensuring vehicle roadworthiness and safety, working efficiently to meet productivity standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. We welcome applications from fully qualified MOT Testers.
Responsibilities & Requirements of an MOT Tester:
Conduct MOT tests and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and roadworthiness standards.
Identify and diagnose issues, performing necessary repairs to maintain vehicle performance.
Complete MOT and service documentation accurately, ensuring quality standards are upheld.
Proven experience as an MOT Tester, with relevant certifications.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
The Package:
Salary: Up to £38,000 Basic Salary.
Working Hours: Monday To Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) – No Weekends!
