Location: NW London, SW London & surrounding Home Counties
Salary: £34,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to cover North West London, South West London, and the surrounding Home Counties. The business has a consistent pipeline of work and offers a structured, well-managed workload across a range of commercial projects.

The Role
-
Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
-
Working across commercial and mixed-use sites
-
Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports
-
Managing your own workload with autonomy and support
-
Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
Requirements

BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)

Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Full UK driving licence
