Asbestos Analyst – Home Counties
Location: Home Counties
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Analyst to cover projects across the Home Counties. The business has a consistent commercial workload and offers a structured, well-supported environment where analysts are trusted to manage their sites properly.

The Role
-
Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling

Working across commercial and mixed-use properties

Producing accurate, compliant analytical reports

Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures
Requirements

BOHS P403 & P404 (or equivalent)

Proven experience working as an Asbestos Analyst

Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and best practice
-
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Full UK driving licence
