Own a business. Change lives. Build your future.
At Specsavers, we believe hearing care should be accessible to everyone. That's why our Domiciliary Audiology business brings expert hearing services directly to customers in their own homes and communities.
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Customer Service Partner (CSP) to join our Audiology Domiciliary Joint Venture business across South East London and North Kent.
This isn't just another management role. It's a genuine opportunity to become a business owner, share in the success of the business and build a long-term asset for your future, all with the support, scale and security of the Specsavers brand behind you.
A thriving territory with huge potential
Covering a broad and varied area across South East London and North Kent, you'll serve customers from Streatham in the west to Dartford in the east, Greenwich and Woolwich in the north, and down through Bromley, Orpington and Biggin Hill in the south.
With a mix of urban, suburban and semi-rural communities, this territory offers a fantastic opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers while growing a successful hearing care business. The area combines densely populated South East London neighbourhoods with affluent suburban areas and expanding Kent commuter towns, creating excellent foundations for long-term business growth.
What's Different About This Opportunity?
As a Specsavers Customer Service Partner, you'll become an 'A' shareholder in the business, owning 30% of the business.
That means you'll benefit from:
- A guaranteed annual salary of £35,000
- 30% of business profits through dividends
- A £5,000 car allowance or company car
- The opportunity to build real business equity
- The autonomy to help shape and grow the business
- The support of one of the UK's most trusted healthcare brands
This is your chance to step beyond employment and into ownership.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key business leader, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of the venture by:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint
- Supporting the growth of the business across the territory
- Building strong relationships within local communities and healthcare networks
- Helping customers access life-changing hearing solutions in their own homes
- Contributing to strategic business decisions and commercial performance
- Maintaining the high clinical and customer care standards Specsavers is known for
Who We're Looking For
You don't need previous audiology experience.
We're looking for someone with the ambition, leadership skills and customer focus to help build a successful business.
You'll have:
- Management, retail, healthcare, hospitality or customer service leadership experience
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer care
- The confidence to lead people and drive performance
- A full UK driving licence
- The ambition to become a business owner and make a real impact in your community
Full Training and Development Provided
We'll support you to complete the Audiology Practitioner Course within your first 12 months, giving you the skills and knowledge to support delivery of hearing care services alongside qualified clinicians.
You'll also benefit from:
- Industry-leading training programmes
- Ongoing business coaching and mentorship
- Dedicated operational and administrative support
- Access to market-leading technology and systems
- Comprehensive healthcare and pension benefits
