HR Assistant
Hybrid working – 3 days onsite (Tuesday and Wednesday essential, plus Monday when new starters join)
Salary up to £35,000pa

Resourcing4HR are delighted to be partnering with a forward-thinking, growing business of circa 480 employees that recently expanded through acquisition and continues to thrive in an exciting market. The business is now looking to appoint an HR Assistant to their established HR team.
You'll join a supportive HR function consisting of an HR Director, two HR Business Partners and two HR Assistants, reporting directly to an HRBP.
This is far more than a traditional HR administration role. You'll support the full employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to a wide range of HR activities and projects, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee lifecycle administration
- Payroll support
- HR systems and process improvement
- Policy and procedure support
- Vetting and compliance processes
- HR projects alongside the HRBP and HR Director
The business is particularly keen to meet candidates who are:
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified
- Are genuinely passionate about developing a long-term career in HR
- Enjoy supporting the employee lifecycle but are eager to take on new opportunities as they arise
- Have strong technology skills and enjoy finding smarter ways of working
- Are excited by automation, process improvement and modernising HR processes
- Are highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
A full driving licence is required, and there may be occasional travel to other office locations.
