Pay/rate: £130 – £200 per day (dependent on role)

Your role
At term time teachers we are seeking an engaging and proficient Maths Teacher as part of our agency team to teach within a successful Mathematic Department in Sevenoaks. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to children's mathematical academic progress.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and mark work timely, producing feedback to the children to support their academic progress.
- Teach the mathematics curriculum to secondary school pupils
- Encourage curiosity, analytical thinking and problem solving within mathematical activities.
- Monitor children's development and assess their ongoing progress
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
- Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
