Location: Worthing – flexible hybrid Salary: £50-65,000 Experience: NQ – 3PQE
OVERVIEW Join a reputable Legal 500 with a highly regarded Private Client team. The practice is known for handling high-quality work for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES – Working on a broad range of private client matters including estate planning, trusts, and succession planning – Advising UK resident individuals and families on wealth structuring and inheritance planning – Assisting with the establishment and administration of trusts and other asset-holding structures – Drafting wills, trust documentation, powers of attorney, and related private client documents – Advising clients on personal tax, estate, and lifetime planning matters – Working closely with clients and professional advisers including accountants, trustees, and financial advisers – Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the department
ABOUT YOU – Qualified Solicitor NQ – 3PQE within Private Client – Strong experience advising on a broad range of private client matters – Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families – Solid technical knowledge of trusts, estate planning, succession, and personal tax matters – STEP qualification (or working towards) advantageous
