Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Staff Nurse to join a well-established private hospital in Cranbrook. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and high-quality clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of nursing care to patients across a variety of clinical settings
- Support the Ward Manager in the day-to-day running of the department
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff and healthcare assistants
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, policies, and procedures
- Monitor patient care, maintaining accurate documentation and care plans
- Promote a safe, patient-centred environment at all times
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration
- Previous experience working within a hospital setting, ideally in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
