£12.71-£13 per hour dependant on experience.
Location: Paramount House, Gelderd Road, Birstall, WF17 9QD
Hours: 40 hours per week – 6am starts Goods In, 9am starts Outbound loading.

We are currently looking for an experienced FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver to join our growing warehouse team at our Birstall site.
The Role
As an FLT Driver, you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse, with a focus on:
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Goods-in processing and stock put-away
- Outbound loading and dispatch preparation
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse using Reach and Counterbalance trucks
- Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
- Supporting the wider warehouse team as required
What We're Looking For
- Valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licences
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
- Experience with goods-in and outbound loading operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to support operational demands when needed
