Caravan Labourer – Night Shift (HU7)
£14.21 per hour | Monday-Thursday | 5:30pm-3:45am
We're currently recruiting for a Night-Shift Caravan Labourer to join a busy and well-established manufacturing team based in the HU7 area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and has previous labouring experience. You'll be working in a fast-paced production environment supporting the construction of high-quality caravans.
Shift & Pay
- Monday – Thursday:5:30pm – 3:45am
- Pay:£14.21 per hour
- *Long weekend every week – Friday off
Key Responsibilities
As a Night-Shift Caravan Labourer, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the construction and assembly of caravan components
- Manually handling panels, fixtures, and materials
- Using hand and power tools to support fitting and installation tasks
- Supporting skilled trades such as joiners, plumbers, and electricians
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the production area
- Following instructions from team leaders and working efficiently to deadlines
- Carrying out basic quality checks to maintain high manufacturing standards
Requirements
- Previous labouring experience – essential
- Experience within the caravan or modular-build industry – desirable
- Ability to work night shifts
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
