Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking to make a tangible impact on critical infrastructure? We are actively seeking a dedicated professional to join us for an essential 22-week onsite engagement in Milford Haven. This is a pivotal role in the renewal of a key energy logistics facility, and we are looking for the right talent to step in and drive commercial excellence immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert commercial oversight, managing project budgets and civil work valuations with high precision.
- Interpret and adapt to bespoke, non-standard contract terms, ensuring full compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take charge of procurement requirements and manage vital supply chain activities.
- Prepare detailed cost reconciliation statements and provide data-driven insights to support project success.
- Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, health, and safety within a high-risk civil engineering environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in the civil engineering sector with a strong foundational understanding of contract administration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment; you must be within a commutable distance of Milford Haven.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
What We Offer:
- A high-impact, 22-week project engagement starting in July 2026.
- A competitive daily umbrella rate of £400 – £500.
- Standard working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
