Warehouse Operative – Picker – Doncaster
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.
This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as an Order Picker, General Operative or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts:
Monday – Friday:
- 08:00 – 16:00
- 16:00 – 00:00
- 00:00 – 08:00
Rates of Pay:
- £12.71 per hour

Day to Day Duties:
As a Warehouse Operative, your day to day duties are:
• Picking orders for customer dispatch
• Operating a handheld scanner
• Quality checking finished products
• General warehouse duties
• Opportunity to be trained on various machines
Essential Skills:
The skills required to be a Warehouse Operative are:
• Basic level of English
• Reliable and punctual with good timekeeping skills
• A good eye for detail
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work to targets and perform well under pressure
• Must have experience operating a handheld scanner
Training:
• Industry related training provided
• Ongoing development support
