As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll be supporting 2 Financial Advisors alongside a Paraplanner, playing a key role in delivering excellent service to clients. This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll be involved throughout the full financial planning process, whether that's wealth management or mortgage administration.
Your responsibilities as a Financial Services Administrator will include:
- Building strong client relationships – welcoming clients to the office, liaising with them to organize meetings, and following up on outstanding information
- Meeting preparation – preparing client files ahead of time and liaising with the Financial Advisors to identify upcoming tasks
- Processing – issuing LOAs, submitting business, and updating the CRM system (Intelliflo)
- Provider liaison – chasing providers for outstanding items to keep cases moving forward

Financial Services Administrator Requirements
Essential: Experience as an IFA Administrator, Mortgage Administrator, or similar Financial Services Administrator role
Desirable: Intelliflo experience would be ideal
Essential: Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete within agreed timescales
Desirable: Experience in either wealth management or mortgage administration (training can be provided in the other area)

Financial Services Administrator Benefits
- Salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays – Pension scheme
- 37.5 hours per week (part-time arrangements would be considered)
- Flexible start/finish times if desired
- Mainly office-based role
