Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their procurement services analyst team whose job includes the control and data entry of all of companies purchasing data globally.
The type of data you will be administrating includes material prices and discount structures, INCO terms and payment terms as well as key supplier information such as addresses, contract details and tax ID.
The working environment is friendly and welcoming. This is a varied and busy role, requiring sustained periods of focus and attention to detail.
On a broad level the role involves the analysis of supplier price lists and accurate entry of the data into the businesses, SAP, computer system.
This task requires the use of excel to an intermediate level and training will be provided in this, and in other areas of activity.
After a period of induction, each member of the team is assigned a mentor who will guide you through the process of acquiring the key skills necessary to master and broaden the role. All new colleagues are extremely well supported throughout.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a purchasing or accounts payable function, but even more important than this is an ability to analyze price and supplier details, understand them, enter them into Sun’s SAP system accurately and cross-check the integrity of those data changes.
Occasional bank holiday working is required.
